Had a blast making cookie monster.Cake was baked, iced, stacked, and then i stare at it......... how to shape... what does cookie monster looks like??

Once the basic shape is carved out of the cake, he is then covered with blue fondant... attached the limbs... and its time to slap on the royal icing.. It was so much fun doing his fur!!!!
Next day, get some chips ahoy from the local IGA and cookie monster is ready!!
