a dessert cake - the other one from last week

These aren't the type of cakes I usually do. Ones that take a little more thinking, because as you put down the decoration, you can't really take back off without denting the icing :P

But after this cake, I am inspired to trial new cakes, dessert cakes, that are tasty in the eye and in the tastebuds. I can see some R&D coming up.
