Pierre Herme makes the Ispahan famous, and here's my take on the famous macarons.
The shell have
rose petals folded in, and it's infused with
rose water just before they are piped out.
The fillings are
raspberry buttercream, with a piece of
Lychee in the middle.
I wasn't sure what the combinations of flavours am I going to encounter, but trying not to get too cheesy.. I really really like it. (^_^)
