caramel fleur de sel sponge cake



a classic sponge cake with a layer of caramel fleur de sel buttercream & a generous amount of the same buttercream on the outer layer.

Topped off with a ring of golden toffee.. i think it gives it a nice touch. Not recommended for hot weather though...
