Tiramisu are traditionally served in a large bowl, which are then scooped out for each person when its time for dessert.

Thesedays, Tiramisu also comes in a 'gateaux' form, making it easy to cut when it's celebration time. Or, as the picture above, in individual cups, for ease of having one (or two)
