They have fresh strawberry puree in the cakes themselves. The icing is buttercream, again, with fresh strawberry swirled in.
It's fresh, it's light, it is NOT guilty at all. You ARE having fruit after all!! :)

So you can choose whatever base you want for this particular cupcakes. As it's the frosting that makes this cupcake special.
The frosting is: a Swiss Meringue, coated in dark chocolate.
but of course, chocolate always go well with everything, and it definitely goes well for this cupcake
They chose the 'Sinful' Chocolate Cupcakes with Whipped Dark Chocolate Ganache for Ash's "A" and a pink Strawberry Swirl Cupcakes with fresh Strawberry Buttercream for Kirsten's "K".
The mini cupcakes were simply decorated, hopefully, sweet enough for the special day. :)
Congratulations Kirsten & Ash!!!!
The shell have rose petals folded in, and it's infused with rose water just before they are piped out.
The fillings are raspberry buttercream, with a piece of Lychee in the middle.
I wasn't sure what the combinations of flavours am I going to encounter, but trying not to get too cheesy.. I really really like it. (^_^) yay!!

Powder fine hazelnut substitutes the almond in this recipe, giving them not only a different taste, but also a different look. With the golden brown speckle of the of the hazelnut taking centre stage in the overall look of the macarons shell.
The innards are soft & wonderful. A specially sourced praline paste is included to give a twist to the traditional chocolate ganache.
A reminiscence of a childhood treat time...
You don't have to twist it, lick it, or dunk it. Just eat it straight out. (^_^)
Available in chocolate base or vanilla base, the icing is buttercream, overloaded with crushed oreos (yes, including the filling). Order lots, because you'll need seconds.

Kathy ordered these cupcakes for her friend Renee..
The courier company picked it up and dropped it off at Renee's office. Rumour has it that she adores it. I'm glad (^_^)
These particular bunch are the "sinful" chocolate cupcakes, simply decorated with a yellow sugar fondant with a touch of heart sprinkles on each one of them.
"Happy Birthday Renee!!!"
