These macarons are so vibrant, they take you on an adventure from the moment you lay eyes on them.

We start with a quick caught of the eyes with their vibrant red shells, and the anticipation as you reach for them. Close your eyes and let the perfect sweetness of the Grand Marnier infused Dark Chocolate Ganache give you a sweet tingling sensation mixed with the soft almond shells.

And when you think you're done, it gives you a little burst of the chilli. To remind you of your encounter.

When you don't know if you should get blue or pink (yet?), why not get both!!

Pink & Blue seems to be the theme for baby showers, but you can always choose another colour theme. The minis are the perfect nibbles for when everyone catches up and celebrate.

• w/ Dark Chocolate Ganache frosting
• w/ Raspberry sunk into the rich chocolate batter

pistachio rose cupcakes

Yes, it's a PINK cupcake.

The cake has crushed pistachio folded through out. It is also infused with rose water prior to baking.

A white chocolate buttercream completes the partnership of the cake & the frosting, topped again with crushed pistachio & an organic rose bud

spanish orange cupcakes

These little sweethearts have real bits of orange in the cake batter.
These particular ones pictured are topped with "orange cream cheese frosting".

This cupcake is light and 'not guilty' at all!! Making them great little pick me ups bursting with citrusy flavour.
